The detection and identification of microorganisms using spectroscopy techniques promise to be great value because their sensitivity, rapidity, low expense, simplicity. In this study, we used FTIR for the characterization Fusarium solani. PCR amplification DNA extracted from these isolates showed possibility amplifying products with sizes 559 bp ITS1-ITS4 primers. Based on phylogenetic tree analysis, isolate F. solani a closely relationship MN (MH300495.1) 99.63% similarity. study is focused carbohydrate structure which can analyzed in range 900 1200 cm-1 wavenumber. spectra our samples share similarities one another, although small differences occur absorbance value. band at 1027 assigned C-O stretching glycogen. Meanwhile, 1042 interpreted as well. around 1073 might arise both chitin C-C phosphate nucleic acids. Other vibrations associated are also found 1115 1151 C-O-C symmetric asymmetric stretching, respectively.
